Short – Bio
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Unicam eGovernment Research Group (UEG) at the School of Science and Technology of the University of Camerino, Italy. I joined Prof. Flavio Corradini, and his team, working on information system design and verification with a focus on e-government. On March 2010 I received the title of Ph.D. in Information Science and Complex System from the University of Camerino defending the thesis “Quality of (Digital) Services in e-Government”.
From October 2007 to December 2007 and from May 2008 to July 2008 I was visiting Phd at the Information School of University of Washington working with Dr. Hans J (Jochen) Scholl. From October 2008 to December 2008 I was visiting Phd at the School of Business of University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Swizerland FHNW working with Prof. Knut Hinkelmann.
My research interests include:
- Business Process Management: modeling and analysis
- Quality in e-Government service delivery
- Models and languages for e-Govenment interoperability
- Methodologies and technologies for e-Government development
